During the construction process, we first need to inspect the construction materials. The materials used must have product quality certificates and inspection reports, as well as technical identification documents, certificates, quality technical indicators, and testing methods. The commonly used anti-corrosion materials in construction include resin, curing agent, diluent, epoxy resin curing agent, and fiberglass cloth. Different materials should also have corresponding storage methods during the storage process, such as resin curing agent that needs to be sealed and stored in a ventilated place, while fiberglass cloth and other materials need to be stored in a moisture-proof place and take fire prevention measures.
When selecting the corresponding materials in the early stage, it is also necessary to screen the materials. For example, the epoxy resin curing agent should be low-toxicity, and the wet curing epoxy resin curing agent can be used for damp base layers. The glass fiber should be made of medium alkali untwisted plain checkered cloth, and in special cases, untwisted cloth can be used.
